I was so excited to work with this sweet girl! Little Alayna rocked her newborn photo shoot at just one week old. I was able to get some great sleepy poses and she even cracked a smile at the end of her session!
When I asked if there were any specific colors or themes mom wanted incorporated into the session, she said she only had ONE request. A knitted blanket. When mom and dad officially decided that this little one’s name would be Alayna, they shared the news with Alayna’s maternal grandmother. She shared with them that HER mother’s name was “Elaina.” The blanket was passed down after Elaina’s passing and eventually shared with Alayna now that she’s here. When she gets older, she will look back on these photos and her parents will have a great story to tell.
